Duty Classification
Modulating

The Servo Module inside actuator receive input signals and then drive the valve to the corresponding position. In the meantime, the feedback signal of valve will be output to the high-level control system. The input/output signal can be a 4~20mA, 0~10V, Modbus, CAN, or IOT.
Operate in S4 intermittent cycle. Actuator can move up to 1200 times per hour.
Open-Close

A, B, D, G, H type of control circuit
Open-Close only setted with fully open and fully closed position. On your requirement, a intermediate position can also be setted (B, D, G, H type). On receiving input signals, the actuator will drive the valve to the fully open, fully closed, or intermediate position.
Operate in S2 short-time cycle. Continuous move time should be less than 15 minutes.
Position Transimiter

C, D, F type of control circuit
The actuator drive the valve with a real-time valve position feedback to control system. C, D-Type feedback a resistor value, F-Type feedback a analog voltage value.
Operate in S2 short-time cycle. Continuous move time should be less than 15 minutes.

Servo Module

We insist on designing and manufacturing Servo Module pack by ourselves to guarantee every actuator we supplied is endurable and reliable. With broadband EMI design and fully encapsulated structure, the servo control pack has a excellent performance in electromagnetic immunity, anti-vibration and humidity-proof.
Electrical Position Limit Adjustment

It is very easy to adjust full-open position and full-close position with a wrench. In the mean time, with a special design this adjustment is very precise.

Motor

As the valve operating features, the actuator must supply a full-load starting torque to drive valve to start opening or closing. At the same time, the motor must has a relative small rotational inertia to implement fast-precise valve opening control. We specially design the motor to fullfill above requirements.
Also, thermal protect was designed to protect motor from damage in unpredictable worst cases. As the graph shows, the moter will be cut off after the temperature rise higher than 105℃. This cutting off state keeps until the temperature dropped lower than 85℃ again.
Electrical/Mechanical Position Limit

Electrical limit position : when the actuator reaches the fully open or fully closed position, the built-in switch will cut off the driving circuit to protect the valve.
Mechanical limit position : when the electrical limit position fails, the actuator output shaft would also be limited in the specific angle range by a mechanical part to protect the valve from damage.
The figure shows the relationship between electrical limit position and machanical limit position.

Over torque protection

When the valve is in the work process in an intermediate position due to the pipe of impurities, foreign matter or other causes is stuck, the Executive body of the output torque will increase rapidly, and reaches the set value, the tripping torque, the torque Switch will open the circuit, thereby protecting the valves and actuators from damage O
Dehumidification

When your application place is much humid or with a big day-night temperature change, your could select a actuator with dehumidification configuration. This function is implemented by connect a PTC heater in actuator champer. This heater is in working state as long as the actuator power is supplied.

Open-Close
Type A: With limit position switch (active)

Implement "on" and "off" operations through switch circuits, and output fully open and fully closed active signals.
Type B: With intermediate position switch (passive)

Implement "on" and "off" operations through switch circuits, and output fully open and fully closed passive signals.
Type G: DC control circuit with passive contact switch

According to the unidirectional conductivity of the diode, by reversing the positive and negative poles of the DC power supply, the "on" and "off" operations are achieved, and a set of fully open and fully closed passive signals are output.
H 型 :三相交流控制电路,带无源触点开关

Through external phase inversion circuit, the motor is turned forward and backward to achieve "on" and "off" operations and output a set of fully open and fully closed passive signals

Note: For reference only, fitting with the valve torque would be the most right way.
As the resistive torque applied on actuator from valve would be very different in a realistic application scenario. We recommand to select the actuator with torque at least 1.1~1.3 times higher than normal working torque from design .
