Jako v\u00fdsledek, sign\u00e1l-\u0161um na t\u00e9to cest\u011b je velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee veden\u00ed a z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, anti-interference v\u00fdkon je n\u00edzk\u00fd. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, z pohledu elektronick\u00e9 konstrukce, to je nejv\u00edce zraniteln\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st.<\/li><li>Na 2-10V sign\u00e1l cestu, v\u00fdstupn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee pouze zajistit spr\u00e1vnost v\u00fdstupn\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed (Vo) na stran\u011b regul\u00e1toru (proto\u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby bod je bl\u00edzko k v\u00fdstupn\u00ed pin). Naopak, vstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed (Vi) na stran\u011b pohonu nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zaru\u010deno, \u017ee bude spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, proto\u017ee Vi=Vo+Vnoise+Vground-diff, Vnoise a Vground-diff jsou velmi n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 na ru\u0161en\u00ed a vyr\u00e1b\u011bt p\u0159echodn\u00e9 zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 se nelze vyhnout.<\/li><li>D\u00e9lka, vnit\u0159n\u00ed odpor a st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed 2-10V sign\u00e1l kabelov\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivn\u00ed anti-ru\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkon 2-10V sign\u00e1l. \u010c\u00edm del\u0161\u00ed kabel, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed odpor kabelu, a hor\u0161\u00ed st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, hor\u0161\u00ed anti-ru\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkon 2-10V sign\u00e1l. Jako v\u00fdsledek, sign\u00e1l-\u0161um na t\u00e9to cest\u011b je velmi vysok\u00e1, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee veden\u00ed a z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, anti-interference v\u00fdkon je lep\u0161\u00ed. Proto je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 pro 4-20mA sign\u00e1l line b\u00fdt ru\u0161en ve velk\u00e9m pom\u011bru.<\/li><li>\u00a0Na cestu sign\u00e1lu 4-20mA, v\u00fdstupn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zajistit spr\u00e1vnost cel\u00e9ho v\u00fdstupn\u00ed proud smy\u010dky, v\u010detn\u011b proudu na v\u00fdstupn\u00ed stran\u011b a proud na vstupu servopohonu. Proto\u017ee zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl v\u00fdstupu obvodu je proud na v\u00fdstupu 4-20mA loop, aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed je zcela rovnocenn\u00e9 v cel\u00e9m sign\u00e1l smy\u010dky. Proto, aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed odb\u011br v servopohonu, svorka mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00fdstupn\u00ed proud na ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm termin\u00e1lu. Dokonce i v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti ru\u0161en\u00ed a nekonzistentn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed, 4-20 ma v\u00fdstupn\u00ed obvod m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt upravena aktivn\u00ed negativn\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu, abychom zajistili spr\u00e1vnost sign\u00e1lu aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/li><li>D\u00e9lka a vnit\u0159n\u00ed odpor 4-20mA sign\u00e1lov\u00fd kabel m\u00e1 mal\u00fd vliv na anti-interference v\u00fdkon 4-20mA.
